Jennifer Vancheri Porter leads JJ Sporthorses USA, a selective hunter jumper program built on over two decades of A circuit success and a family legacy spanning more than 200 years in equestrian sport.
Her program is known for developing competitive young horses with precision, feel, and consistency—producing athletes capable of performing at the highest levels. Jennifer has earned multiple Champion and Reserve titles on the West Coast, along with top invitational placings and experience in 1.50m and National Standard Grand Prix competition.
Accepted into the USEF Mentor Program in 2008, she brings a disciplined, detail-driven approach to both training and horsemanship. Her breeding program has also produced nationally recognized Warmbloods, including a BWP Top Filly title in the United States.
Jennifer represents a standard built over time—where preparation, consistency, and feel come together when it matters most.

Barn Insiders are trusted voices within their barns and local equestrian communities. They provide hands-on feedback, share real-world experiences, and help ensure Rider’s Relief products meet the everyday demands of riders and horses—playing a key role in shaping solutions that work where it matters most. Their experience helps guide product validation, refine our approach, and ensure everything we create is grounded in the practical needs of the modern day equestrian.
Hayley Kolar

KENOSHA, WISCONSIN
Hayley Kolar brings a rare level of perspective, resilience, and real-world expertise to Rider’s Relief as a Barn Insider. With a lifelong connection to horses and decades spent in the barn alongside Rider’s Relief founder Emily Wendt, Hayley understands first hand the physical and mental demands placed on riders at every stage of their journey. Professionally, she serves as the Arion Sellier Midwest Representative, working closely with riders and horses to custom fit high-performance saddles—giving her a unique, hands-on understanding of equine movement, rider biomechanics, and the importance of proper support and balance.
After a traumatic riding accident early in her career resulted in a severe spinal injury, Hayley faced the reality of rebuilding not only her strength, but her confidence in the saddle. Through years of perseverance, she returned to riding while managing chronic pain—an experience that has shaped her approach to both equestrian performance and everyday wellness. In addition to overcoming her injury, Hayley has also faced and navigated breast cancer, further reinforcing her resilience and perspective on health, recovery, and quality of life.
Today, Hayley plays a critical role in the Rider’s Relief ecosystem as both a trusted voice and an early-stage product tester. She provides real-world feedback from the barn—helping validate product performance under the demands of daily riding, professional work, frequent road travel, and recovery. Her experience ensures that every product is not only effective, but truly meaningful for riders facing both everyday challenges and more complex physical demands.
