Over the past year, we’ve had a lot of people ask us the same question:
“Are you going to start an Ambassador Program?”
The honest answer is—we thought about it.
But the more we looked at what most Ambassador Programs have become, the more we realized it didn’t feel like us.
Too often, those programs turn into something transactional.
A push to sell.
A script to follow.
A version of the rider that feels… off.
And that’s not what Rider’s Relief is built on.
So We Built Something Different
Like everything we do at Rider’s Relief, we took a step back and asked:
What would this look like if it actually felt right?
Not just for us—but for the riders involved.
We wanted to create something people would genuinely want to be part of.
Something that didn’t feel forced.
Something that didn’t ask riders to be someone they’re not.
And at the same time—something that created real value, real connection, and a real impact within the equestrian community.
That’s how the Rider’s Relief Wellness Insider Program was created.
What is the Wellness Insider Program?
Our Insider Program is built around a simple idea:
The most meaningful conversations in this sport come from the riders living it.
This program brings together a select group of riders from across both English and Western disciplines who share their real experiences, routines, and perspectives—helping us create a more open, honest dialogue around wellness in the equestrian world.
Our Insiders aren’t here to sell.
They’re here to represent what it actually takes to keep showing up—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
A Program Built for Different Riders
We’ve structured the Insider Program into three distinct tiers, each representing a different role within the equestrian community:
- Performance Insiders – Competitive riders operating at the highest levels, where preparation, consistency, and focus are non-negotiable
- Wellness Insiders – Riders focused on routines, balance, and the everyday realities of staying consistent—both mentally and physically
- Barn Insiders – Influential voices within their local riding communities, shaping conversations and sharing real-world experiences at the ground level
Each tier plays a different role, but they all share one thing in common:
A commitment to doing the work—and doing it the right way.
Limited Openings — Applications Now Live
This is a highly selective program.
We are opening just 12 total Insider positions to launch.
-6 for English Riders
-6 for Western Riders
As of now, 2 English Rider spots have already been filled.
That leaves 10 remaining opportunities for riders who want to be part of something bigger than themselves.
We’re intentionally keeping this group small to ensure every Insider has a voice, a presence, and the opportunity to make a real impact.

We’re looking for riders who:
- Show up consistently—good day or bad it's worked out at the barn
- Take their craft seriously
- Are willing to share their real-world wellness struggles
- And hold themselves to an exceptional standard
