Rider's Relief Shipping Policy:

NOTICE: WE ONLY SHIP OUR HEMP DERIVED PRODUCTS WITHIN THE UNITED STATES; TO LEGAL STATES.

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt. Orders may not be processed or shipped from Friday, 12:00PM Central through Monday 12:00PM Central; or US Holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Our Customer Service Team is here to help should you have any concerns or experience any delays in receiving your package! Please email info@ridersrelief.com

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Customers have the option to select UPS Ground or UPS 2-day at an additional charge on any order.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

**Shipping may be free on orders over $100**

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Shipment to PO Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

Rider's Relief, LLC DOES NOT ship to PO Boxes or addresses within US Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

International Shipping Policy

Rider's Relief, LLC DOES NOT ship outside the United States.
